When clients make a booking it is their responsibility to ensure they know the correct date and time of their appointment. Also when booking, clients are confirming they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions:
FACE TO FACE READINGS
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment Clare requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a client wishes to cancel during this time frame they will receive a full refund via bank transfer. If a client wishes to reschedule during this time frame they can do so free of charge. If less than 24 hours notice is given unfortunately no refunds will be granted. Another appointment will only be allocated once full payment has been received.
If a client arrives for their appointment up to 10 minutes after their original appointment time the reading can still go ahead but only for the remainder of the time booked. If clients arrive after this time frame or fail to attend at all, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be granted.
Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.
PHONE READINGS & VIDEO READINGS
If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment Clare requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If a client wishes to cancel during this time frame they will receive a full refund via bank transfer. If a client wishes to reschedule during this time frame they can do so free of charge. If a client calls for their appointment up to 10 minutes after their original appointment time the reading can still go ahead but only for the remainder of the time booked. If clients call after this time frame or fail to call at all, the appointment will automatically be cancelled and no refund will be granted.
With phone readings and video readings it is the clients responsibility to ensure the correct conditions for Clare to work are made available. If they aren’t then Clare has the right to terminate the reading and no refund will be granted. These conditions can be found on the relevant pages on Clare’s website.
